Corporate Event at Forest Lodge, Singapore Zoo
The Forest Lodge can accommodate over a hundred guests. With air conditioning, the location is a comfortable place for team bonding and staff appreciation events. A buffet style dining option is usually preferred at this venue.
Video Live Streaming Production at Singapore Zoo
The live stream was broadcasted through Zoom to over 200 physical and online audience. Everything was done smoothly under the hands of our professional team. The live stream was conducted through the vMix software, which can include overlays, lower thirds, and graphics.
As the venue does not provide Internet connection via LAN, a 4G mobile data connection is required for live streaming.
Live streaming on RTMP destinations are not recommended via a 4G connection. There are also 3 in-house projector screens available for the event organisers. The venue also provide basic sound system equipment such as microphones & in-house speakers, so no external crew is required for a small scale event. Team bonding and staff appreciation events are perfect at this location thanks to the small stage, cozy vibe, and casual atmosphere.
Event Photographer & Videographer at Singapore Zoo
Forest Lodge is a venue that allows attendees to see the beautiful environment of the Zoo through sliding glass doors. Each camera was strategically placed around the venue, with one for wide shots and two for close-ups on either side of the stage. In addition, cameras were able to capture the audience during a Q&A session. Our event photographer captures beautiful shots of the guests the entire session, ending with a group photo.
Instant Photo Booth at Singapore Zoo
For celebratory occasions, one can consider setting up a fun photo booth outside the venue. Vivid Snaps provide a range of booths to choose from. Such as: Fisheye Photo Booth, Light Painting Photo Booth, Roving Instant Print Photography, etc.
