Our team consists of media professional with expertise in video production from pre to post. Consisting of videographers, video editors, director, project coordinators and graphic designer. Our portfolio is focused on corporate clients. And our works ranges from internal communication videos, brand story videos, virtual & hybrid events and corporate photography.
The Clients We Serve
We work closely with event partners and corporate clients to provide Multicam Video Live Feed for conference, MICE and special events.
Our event partners include event planners who help their clients organise regional conferences and exhibitions. These are usually events in convention centres, hotels and exhibition venues.
Our corporate clients include mostly MNCs hosting important internal events in their offices and auditorium event venues.
What We Provide for Live Feed
Our team is specialised in the camera work and video mixing aspect of live feed. Which means, we provide the camera equipment, video mixer, cable laying and integration with your AVL vendor or AVL systems.
What we don’t provide are AVL systems such as lighting and trussing, LED screens, projectors, audio mixer, microphones and speakers.
Therefore, we are a perfect fit for these event requirements:
- Office Event Video Live Feed: You have a lecture theatre and meeting rooms, and you already have TVs, projector, microphone and speakers. You need to provide Multicam video live feed from one location to another within your office space.
- Auditorium Live Feed: You’ve booked an auditorium with projector or LED wall and sound system. You need a live feed vendor.
- Hotel & Event Venue: You already have an AVL vendor, or the hotel is providing LED screen or projector, and looking to add Multicam Video Live Feed to your conference or event. We will integrate with your AVL vendor.

Our Usual Live Feed Equipment
We primarily deploy the following equipment for Multicam Video Live Feed at events.
Panasonic UX180
A broadcast camera used by most Multicam live feed team locally, this camera provides a good balance of image quality and performance.
Blackmagic Design ATEM Television Studio HD
This vision mixer supports up to 8 video inputs, and is more than adequate for most Multicam productions with about 3 to 4 camera angles. Leaving the additional input for holding screen graphics if needed.
Wireless Multicam Video Live Feed
When you a more dynamic camera angle for special events or the flexibility to cover a remote programme segment, we can provide wireless transmission for the live feed video. The videographer and the mixing station will have to maintain a line-of-sight for the high-bandwidth wireless transmission to work.
If you need a setup where maintaining a line-of-sight between videographer and mixing station is not possible, additional arrangements will have to be made. And in some cases, we may need to deploy multiple cameras to achieve this.
Multicam Live Feed via NDI
While we do not commonly deploy Multicam Video Live Feed using NDI, our team possesses the equipment and expertise to deploy NDI encoders, decoders and vMix. This provide extended flexibility for event venues with specific technical challenges.
Using NDI for Multicam Live Feed has several advantages and disadvantages. The key advantage is the flexibility to send the video feed across your existing corporate network. Thus allowing us to position multiple cameras across different office spaces, using a cost-effective setup. Through NDI, we can also stream the same video feed to multiple end points within your office. Allowing you to provide multiple viewing areas for your event guests and employees.
We have provided NDI Multicam Live Feed for corporate internal events and town halls. A separate testing session with your IT team is needed to confirm the viability of this setup.
The drawback of using NDI is having to tunnel the video signal through your corporate LAN network, and a video latency of approx. 1 sec. This is as compared to lower latency of just a few milliseconds with SDI.
Multicam Video Recording
We generally provide video recording during a live feed setup, and we usually record on both the camera and the video mixer.
Recording on Vision Mixer
This will be the primary recording file that we will provide to you after your event. For a single session event, this is typically a single recording file showing 1 camera angle at any one time.
Recording on Camera
As a safety, we will usually do a recording on our camera as well. This is helpful in post-production when you need to use specific footage for your video highlight.
Recording in 1080p
The standard resolution we use in our video recording is in 1080p resolution, which is 1920 x 1080 pixels. And this is also the most commonly used resolution for event recording as of the time of writing.
Customisation for Multicam Live Feed
We pride ourselves in our versatility in meeting your needs and expectations. If you have a non-standard requirement, we are happy to explore how we can work together. For instance, our team has worked with reputable camera brands and customising our workflow with their cameras and technologies.
We will schedule pre-event training sessions with your equipment and your technical team to familiarise with your equipment and workflows.
Pre-Event Site-recce & Technical Checks
For most events, we integrate our systems with the LED screens or projector at your event venue. Therefore, it is essential for our team to conduct a pre-event testing at your location. During this site-recce, we will decide on where to position our cameras and mixing station. On top of that, we will also bring a few devices to test our connection with the audio & visual equipment at your event venue.

Our Multicam Video Live Feed service is most frequently deployed at larger scale event venues, that includes hotel ballrooms, expo halls and auditorium. Occasionally, we also provide video live feed for special events in client’s offices.
